Alpha Docker Compose file for the Elucidate annotation server can be found:

There is also a shell script:

docker kill washington_annotation-database_1
docker rm washington_annotation-database_1
docker kill washington_annotation-server_1
docker rm washington_annotation-server_1
docker-compose pull
docker-compose up --build -d --force-recreate

Which you can run to pull and start the server.

A non-alpha version will be avaialble via the Elucidate Github repository some time after this workshop. This is method of deploying Elucidate is emphatically not production ready.
